Telehealth Psychological Services
Access up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year through a GP Mental Health Care Plan. A GP review is required after the 6th session to accessing remaining sessions.
Initial session fee is $230 with a minimum Medicare rebate of $98.95.
Subsequent sessions will be charged at $200 per session with a minimum Medicare rebate of $98.95.
Gain expert support for disordered eating for up to 40 sessions per 12 month referral period through a GP Eating Disorder Plan.
A diagnosis must be provided by the GP however this may be reviewed by your psychologist

Clients are welcome to pay privately and claim through a health fund or third party, depending on circumstance.

Clients who are seeking a psychological assessment are encouraged to get in contact with us to discuss the type of assessment you require. For assessments not recommended to occur via telehealth, we can refer you to one of our recommended colleagues.
Assessment fees will be dependent on the time required, including reporting needs. Please contact us to discuss.
If you have a referral under WorkCover, please contact us to discuss the requirements of your claim. WorkCover require a SIRA accredited psychologist and the reason for your referral may determine which psychologist is best suited to support you throughout your claim.
WorkCover session fees are billed directly to the insurance company connected with your claim.

If you require a report to be written as a part of your ongoing therapy, to support HSC special provisions or for alternate matters, please contact us. Please be advised we do not complete medico-legal reports.
Report fees will typically be charged at $200 per hour, unless the report is able to be written during your session time.
All appointments are required to be prepaid 24 hours in advance, using the direct deposit details found in your confirmation email. If you are unable to pay for your appointment in advance, the appointment will not be considered confirmed. Please reach out if you have any difficulties with pre-payment.
Once your session as been completed, a receipt will be sent to you for claiming purposes.
Payment
Our psychologists set aside your allocated session time just for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, to ensure we have the opportunity to offer your cancelled spot to another client on the wait list.
If you do not provide sufficient notice of a cancellation, 50% of the session fee will be charged to you prior to making any further bookings. We thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations
Our psychologists do not provide medico-legal reports and are not able to provide acute services.
