Elderflower Psychology was created by Sarah Taylor in 2023 as a safe space for clients to seek professional support that is tailored to meet their needs without the fuss of in-person challenges. Through a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach, Sarah strives to provide best-practice therapy with flexible appointment times and kindness every step of the way. Sarah sees clients through video calls using Zoom or phone calls, enabling clients to engage with therapy however they feel most comfortable.

Sarah brings over 10 years of experience as a psychologist and continues her professional development through the current completion of her clinical registrar program to achieve clinical endorsement. Sarah has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle and a Masters of Clinical Psychology (Post Registration) from the Cairnmillar Institute. Sarah brings a warm and friendly energy to each session with a passion for supporting people to find balance in their lives and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Basil

Basil is our resident Therapy Assistant! He is a 6 year old Pomeranian and a fluffball full of energy!

He enjoys keeping Sarah company throughout her sessions and will happily say hi if you wish to see him on screen!

Basil loves curling up in his bed, going for walks & playing with his toys!

Let us know if you have any pets who wish to cuddle up beside you during session, they are more than welcome to support you throughout the therapy process.
