Sarah Baker

Sarah is a Registered Psychologist currently completing her Clinical Registrar program to achieve clinical endorsement. With over 9 years of experience as a Psychologist, Sarah brings a warm and friendly energy to each session with a passion for supporting people to find balance in their lives and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Sarah can work with a wide range of mental health difficulties and disorders, including Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Stress, Workplace Difficulties, Gender Dysphoria, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, Eating Disorders and PTSD.

Sarah has extensive experience in therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT and CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle and a Masters of Clinical Psychology (Post Registration) from the Cairnmillar Institute.

When taking a break from sessions, you will find Sarah spending time with family and friends, tending to her house plants and walking her pomeranian named Basil.

Basil

Basil is our resident Therapy Assistant! He is a 5 year old Pomeranian and a fluffball full of energy!

He enjoys keeping Sarah company throughout her sessions and will happily say hi if you wish to see him on screen!

Basil loves curling up in his bed, going for walks & playing with his toys!
